The Unshakable You: A Journey to Lasting Self-Esteem and Worth

Go beyond positive thinking. Learn how to care for your inner child and use daily practices to feel grounded, confident, and secure in yourself.

About the Course

This course is designed for people who struggle with low self-esteem, self-doubt, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or a deep sense of not being “good enough” — even when, on the surface, life looks okay.

Rather than offering quick fixes or surface-level advice, this program guides you through a deeper, safer process of understanding where self-esteem is formed and how it can be rebuilt from the inside out.

Through inner child work, emotional awareness, guided practices, and integration, you’ll learn how to respond to yourself with more clarity, compassion, and strength — and how to gradually shift the patterns that keep you stuck.

This is not a motivational course.

It is a grounded, experiential process designed to create real change.

What You`ll Learn

By the end of this course, you will:

  • Understand how self-esteem is formed and why it feels so difficult to change

  • Learn to recognize when your inner child is influencing your reactions

  • Develop the ability to respond from your adult self instead of emotional triggers

  • Build emotional safety, self-trust, and inner stability

  • Strengthen boundaries, confidence, and direction from a grounded place

  • Master the "Mirror Practice" to transform how you see and speak to yourself daily.

  • Learn tools you can return to again and again, at your own pace

Who This Course Is For

This course is for you if:

  • You struggle with low self-esteem, self-doubt, or chronic self-criticism

  • You feel emotionally reactive, sensitive, or easily overwhelmed

  • You have difficulty setting boundaries or expressing your needs

  • You often seek validation, approval, or reassurance from others

  • You understand your patterns intellectually, but feel change is hard to sustain

  • You want to build confidence in a gentle, non-forcing way

You do not need prior experience with therapy or inner child work.

Who This Course Is Not For

This course may not be a good fit if you are looking for:

  • Quick fixes or instant confidence boosts

  • Surface-level mindset techniques only

  • High-energy motivation or “push through fear” approaches

  • A purely academic or informational program

  • People who want to stay in their "comfort zone" and avoid looking at their past emotions.

This work requires emotional honesty, patience, and willingness to slow down.

  • You have lived through prolonged emotional abuse and notice that inner work feels especially destabilizing or overwhelming.

  • You are currently working through chemical addiction or substance dependence and are in the early stages of recovery.

In these situations, having the support or guidance of a therapist or healthcare professional can help ensure that this work is done in a way that feels safe and contained.

This course is educational and supportive in nature. It is not a replacement for psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis support.

Your Instructor

My name is Martina, and my work focuses on supporting people in healing self-esteem and building self-trust through gentle, trauma-informed inner work.

I am a certified Life Coach, Trauma-Informed Coach, Inner Child Healer, and NLP Practitioner, with additional training in breathwork and emotional regulation. My approach is grounded in nervous-system awareness, emotional safety, and respect for each person’s individual pace.

In my work, I focus on helping people understand the emotional roots of their patterns — such as self-doubt, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling “not good enough” — and learn how to respond to themselves in a more supportive and grounded way.

Rather than offering quick fixes or forcing change, I guide people toward deeper awareness and integration. I believe that confidence and self-esteem grow when we feel safe enough to be honest with ourselves and supported enough to stay present with what we feel, instead of pushing emotions away.

This course reflects how I work: slowly, thoughtfully, and with care. It is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your adult self, and build confidence that feels stable, embodied, and sustainable — not performative or forced.

Why I created this course

I created this course because I noticed how many people understand their struggles intellectually, yet still feel stuck in the same emotional patterns.

Many people know why they struggle with self-esteem. They can explain their childhood, their relationships, and their habits. They’ve read books, watched videos, and tried to “think differently.” And yet, despite all that insight, change often feels fragile or temporary.

What I see again and again is that self-esteem cannot be rebuilt only on the level of logic or motivation. It needs emotional safety, awareness, and a deeper connection with the parts of us that learned early on how to survive.

I created this course to offer a different approach — one that respects the nervous system, honors emotional experience, and does not rush the process. An approach that allows people to understand their patterns while also learning how to stay present with themselves when emotions arise.

This program is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone else. It is about reconnecting with parts of you that may have been pushed aside in order to cope, adapt, or please others — and learning how to respond to yourself with more clarity and support.

I wanted to create a space where people could work with self-esteem gently, without pressure to perform, heal quickly, or “get it right.” A space where awareness, repetition, and integration are valued more than speed or intensity.

This course reflects the way I believe real change happens: slowly, through consistency, self-honesty, and the willingness to stay connected to yourself — even when it feels uncomfortable.
